These mugs are handmade in Portugal from locally sourced clay by skilful makers who apply the glaze by hand.

Design Story

Introducing a new mug shape for nkuku; we love the extra height and comfortable handle size that gives the Canela mug elegant yet robust proportions that fits perfectly in the hand. This is everyday, casual ceramic ware, with a splash of character in the form of a hand-applied cinnamon coloured glaze that coordinates with our Canela serving bowl. This is a set of two.
