The minimum opening order value is £1000 (net). To maintain a Nkuku Wholesale Account there is a minimum spend requirement of £2500 (net) per annum to include best sellers and key seasonal products. An opening order should be placed within three months of the account opening or the account will automatically be closed. Wholesale account status will subject to an annual review where Nkuku reserve the right to close your account should the minimum spend thresholds not be met.

Damages & Missing Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged / faulty item we recommend contacting our Sales Support team within 5 business days of accepting delivery. In order for the team to support with your enquiry, promptly please ensure you have the order number and product codes available.

Should you be missing any products that are stated on your delivery note, we recommend contacting our Sales Support team within 5 business days of delivery, in order for the team to support with your enquiry promptly.

Please ensure you have the order number and details of the missing items. The team would be unable to investigate your query outside of 5 business days from the delivery.
