We’re delighted with this new set of two small Kalini mugs in a rich green glaze, which has been kiln-fired to create its distinctive tonal patterning. We’ve designed these mugs to have the perfect proportions, making them understated everyday pieces, with a pared-back style brought to life by the colourways of the glazing. Thanks to the irregularities and uncertainties of the firing process each piece is utterly unique. This range comes in three beautiful colours and three sizes to match every need.
These ceramics are handmade in Vietnam by skilled artisans, using a wealth of techniques, some of which are thousands of years old. They apply the glaze by hand which is then kiln fired at just the right temperature to create the distinctive colour and irregular patterning found on each piece.
To care for your mugs, we recommend washing after every use to prevent staining. Use a mild detergent and do not leave to soak. Handle with care to prevent chipping.
