These wonderfully, crafted charcoal coloured baskets are handmade by NGO supporting rural craftswomen. They are naturally dyed, hand spun and woven using natural fibres. The baskets made up of a series of coils in this rigid shape. The handles are hand stitched from goat leather, naturally dyed with tree bark and vegetable extract.

Our stylish coil baskets are handmade by a collective of craftswomen in southern India. Established by an NGO to provide sustainable livelihood projects for women who previously depended upon seasonal labour in drought prone areas. The baskets are naturally dyed, hand spun and woven using natural fibres.

Care Instructions
To care for your basket, we recommend using a soft-bristle brush to regularly remove any built up dust. To clean the item, you can use a mild soap and water on a soft cloth to wipe away any dirt. Please do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. Colour may fade in sunlight. Indoor use only.
