Crafted from sustainable mango wood, our Indali dining table has a classic silhouette and pared back aesthetic that makes it a truly versatile product. The craftsmanship that goes into this well-designed table is perfectly illustrated by its robust and timeless design. Mango wood is only harvested once the trees have stopped bearing fruit and their short-growing cycle means they provide a supplementary income for local farmers. This table looks sophisticated in a dining room or kitchen and its size means 3-4 people can comfortably sit around it.
To care for your mango wood wash in warm soapy water, rinse and dry immediately. Because it is a tropical plant, mango wood is best suited to humid environments; with daily use in a home with central heating, it can be at risk of drying out if not cared for, which may cause cracking or warping. To take the best care of your mango wood, you can treat it with natural oils that you have on hand at home such as Olive Oil or Walnut Oil, using a soft cloth for application. These oils will nourish, but not permanently soak into the wood, so if you wash them off you must reapply them. Please note adding oil may darken the tone of the wood. We recommend using coasters for drinks, the finish may mark when put in contact with hot drinks or liquid. Blot any spillage immediately with a dry cloth, do not use chemical cleaners.
