This strong and sturdy shelf is ideal for displaying, storing and keeping things tidy while also exuding effortless style. In a considered design detail that adds the perfect finishing touch to this understated piece, the antique brass iron bracket wraps around to cradle the front of the shelf. Our Ibo collection has an ingenious and creative origin story; beginning its journey as the wooden panels on Indian trucks. The weathered tone and imperfections of the materials used in this shelf come through beautifully, with every piece showing unique variations in the tone of the wood, authentic rough textures, and knots and splits in the grain which only add to the rustic charm.
How it's made
The Ibo collection celebrates the versatility and creativity of Indian artisan craftsmanship. Each piece is hand-carved and then assembled by hand. Made from rustic reclaimed wood, this piece spent a former life travelling on the exterior of an Indian truck and has been re-purposed to give it a new lease of life.

Care Instructions
No two pieces will be the same. The weathered tone and imperfections are part of the beauty of this product. Rough textures, knots, splits in the grain add to its rustic charm.? Wipe surfaces regularly with a soft dry cloth to remove dust and moisture. Mild soap and water can be used for cleaning but take care not to use excess water as this may damage the finish. Always wipe with the grain taking extra precaution over the heavy textured surfaces which may on occasion splinter.? ? Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials as these may damage the wood.? ? Avoid placing wet items directly on to the surface. Use coasters and mats for protection. Clean up spills immediately to prevent damage from liquids or staining. Soak up spills with a dry paper cloth. Oil must wiped off immediately. Wipe with a damp lint free cloth and dry with a soft cloth. ? Indoor use only.
