How It's Made

Each mug is crafted from speckled clay and coated in a matte, speckled white glaze. A contrasting glaze is then carefully applied to the lower half, creating the distinctive colour block effect. The piece is fired at high temperature in a reducing atmosphere, a process that gives the glaze its softly varied, vintage-inspired finish.
