Dropship Accounts
Dropship is a service we provide to allow our wholesale customers to ship products directly to their customer. To discuss opening a dropship account with us, please contact your account manager.
If you have a dropship account with us, you will have been provided with details on how to set up a separate log in for this account. Once logged in, only products available for dropship will be available for purchase.
Being logged into your specific dropship account allows you to amend the delivery address at the checkout to be shipped directly to your customer.
Delivery
Dropship delivery rates differ from our standard wholesale orders, see below for dropship delivery rates:

| Standard Delivery within 5 working days (Yodel or DPD) | £10 |
| Large Delivery Service - non palletized - within 7 working days - Oversized DPD or specialist courier (depending on size of order) | £45 |
Returns
Nkuku do not accept returns due to customer change of mind. If the end customer does not like a product, it is the trade customers responsibility to arrange a return. For all Dropship orders, the trade customer owns the relationship with their end customer. All communication from Nkuku will be via the trade customer.
