Our Akoli Glass Wall Lamp has a delicately fluted glass shade which diffuses the light softly and brings a beautifully warming glow to a bedside or living space. Contrasted by the muted elegance of the antique brass neck and base plate, and a rust cable for a nkuku finishing touch, it’s a charming light with a timeless look. This wall lamp is a quick and simple way to bring stylish lighting to a room without needing to rewire or call an electrician.
We use recycled glass to make these collections. Firstly, the waste glass is collected and washed to remove any impurities; it is then crushed and melted down before being mouth blown into a mould to create the beautiful, fluted design. Paired with hand crafted metal and a rust-coloured flex. We use natural, reclaimed and recycled materials throughout our collections as we believe in celebrating the beauty of the natural world, reusing resources and minimising waste wherever we can.
To care for this lamp, use a soft, dry microfiber cloth to gently wipe the glass in a circular motion on a regular basis. Please do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. We recommend removing the lampshade and ensuring unplugged when cleaning.
