Dress your fireplace with these tall wooden candlestick holders, full of rustic charm. Each chunky piece is hand-turned by skilled makers using sustainable mango wood and finished with a rich dark stain that enhances the natural grain. Their sculptural form and textured surface give them a warm, timeworn feel, perfectly paired with a church candle to create a cosy, atmospheric glow.
Our mango wood pieces are created from sustainable mango wood. The Mango trees are initially grown for their fruit, harvested over a number of years. Once the trees have stopped bearing fruit, they can be cut down and used to make our wooden pieces. This allows farmers to plant more trees and provides them with a supplementary income.
To care for the item, we recommend washing with a mild dish soap and warm water to remove any excess wax after every use to prevent a build up. Please do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. You may wish to protect the natural wood by rubbing an edible oil such as olive oil or walnut oil into the surface with a cloth. Please note this may darken the tone of the wood. Please position the candle securely. This product will get hot in use. Keep out of reach of children. Wait until fully cooled before handling. Never leave a burning candle unattended.
