Each glass pendant in this cluster light is hand-blown into an organic, tactile shape, and finished in a smoke brown colour, a perfect neutral that imparts softness and warmth whether the bulbs are on or off. Featuring three shades that can be hung at varying heights to fit your specific space, this dramatic arrangement is ideal for high ceilings in dining spaces or hallways. The cluster includes black fabric cables and an aged brass ceiling rose and the recycled glass shades have a hammered finish, making each piece distinctively elegant. This is a beautifully sophisticated fixture that makes an eye-catching addition to your home.
At nkuku we proudly use natural, reclaimed and recycled materials as we believe in celebrating the beauty of the natural world, reusing resources and minimising waste wherever we can. Our Ziva collection is no exception. Employing traditional ways of working, we use recycled glass to make these unique pieces. Firstly, the waste glass is collected and washed to remove any impurities; it is then crushed and melted down before being mouth blown into the desired shape. Then it is hammered using traditional tools for an irregular finish that gives each piece a unique tactile quality. The colour is applied once the glass is cooled.
To care for this pendant, use a soft, dry microfiber cloth to gently wipe the glass in a circular motion on a regular basis. Please do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. Do not clean in hot soapy water.
