Our small Chaipat Candlestick adds elegance to a table setting with its slender proportions, considered design features and classic style. Made in cast aluminium with an antique brass finish, it is hammered by hand to create a rustic, relaxed effect. The design adds height to a dining table and creates an eye-catching tabletop display. For extra impact, display as a duo or with the medium and large Chaipat for added visual interest. Pair with our rustic dinner candles.
How it's made
This piece is made using traditional sand-cast aluminium. The process involves preparing a mould from sand and heating the aluminium until it liquifies. The molten aluminium is then poured into the mould and, on cooling, the cast aluminium piece is removed. Sand-cast aluminium has low dimensional accuracy which results in a rough surface finish, with irregular organic patination often occurring. The piece is then treated with an antique brass finish.

Care Instructions
To care for the item, we recommend washing with a mild dish soap and warm water to remove any excess wax after every use to prevent a build up. Dry immediatly after. Please do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners as this may damage the finish. Please position the candle securely. This product will get hot in use. Keep out of reach of children. Wait until fully cooled before handling. Never leave a burning candle unattended.
