We love the pared-back recycled glass Kancha Baubles for their unique patina. Each one is individually mouth-blown which leads to variations in the glass and gives the mocha colour a beautifully mottled effect. Understated and neutral, these baubles offer a natural festive look that is simple and unadorned.
We use recycled glass to make these baubles. Firstly, the waste glass is collected and washed to remove any impurities; it is then crushed and melted down before being mouth-blown creating the irregular mottled patterning that makes every bauble unique. We choose to work with natural, recycled and reclaimed materials for all nkuku products, and that’s no different with our festive ranges, making use of waste materials from other industries. Our seasonal pieces shine out for the care and attention taken over their creation.
To care for this item, we recommend using a dry, soft cloth to wipe away any built up dust. Handle with care. Please do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners as this may damage the finish. Indoor use only.
